CERTIFIED FIELD TRAINER

  • Each personal recruit must be from a different household.

  • • Each training sale must be from a different household. Multiple sales from 1 household will only be counted as 1 training sale, points can be combined.

    • Max 1/3 of training sales transactions can come from term life or annuities or final expense policy.

  • • Each training sale and supervised must from a different household. Multiple sales from 1 household will only be counted as 1 supervised sale, however, points can be combined.

    • Max 1/3 of supervised sales transactions can come from term life or annuities or final expense policy.

  • CFT Presentation to QFD

    • Be able to do the sales/product presentation with QFD

    • Be able to do the FOS presentation to QFD

Once you complete the attached application, please submit it to the home office. Application must be signed off by QFD. You must have had your interview with your QFD to obtain signature to submit application.
